Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Fall Mix is designed for full sun and light shade, and has low drought resistance with medium durability. Use to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the fall when air temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall.
