It's what I expected from this price point, but it really only works once it's properly sharpened and lubricated. The back blade comes completely unfinished (that took some work to get sharp) and the reel blades need some light sharpening too. Once that's finished spray on some wd40 and you should be ready to go. Also, my lawn is too bumpy for the lawn clippings catcher to work at all. It just gets knocked loose.
