We have the rug in the garage for when we place our dog Chuck in the garage for short period of time. He seems to enjoy having it and took to it right away. ??Update: the seller offered to send labels and return the item for a refund. Very stand up offer since it was not a prime product. I am updating to 2 stars because of the offer. I have already given away the product so am not taking the return. Doesn’t change the bad quality of the product. ****You should pass on this one- terrible- Buyer beware!! I bought a smaller mat (3.3’x5’)before this larger 3’x33’ one to make sure I would like the pile & resemblance to grass. The smaller one was fine, good thickness and actually resembled grass. So I went ahead and bought this larger one and it’s TOTALLY different. Doesn’t resemble grass at all just a green rug. So awful!! The return is too expensive ( I’m not giving this company MORE money to replace it). So I’ll figure out something to do with it. Regardless to say I would not trust this company ever again!! First picture is the crap I got. Second picture is what I was SUPPOSED to get. Did I say AWFUL?? Yes just awful!!!It’s sheds more than it should giving me another thing to clean up.This was great for the price and had some left over. There is a strong smell when taken out of the box, lasted for maybe 2 days. Also strings on the ends were coming off, otherwise good purchase
