It’s good even for diabetics.I have been consuming this shake for around 1 year and the flavor of this new presentation is totally different. Also it does not mix well if you mix it manually it is lumpy. I am disappointed because this protein shake used to be one of the best.I've tried a TON of different meal replacement shakes in the past but they usually have a bad taste and/or a grainy texture. Evolution fit and slim checks neither of those boxes! Not only does it taste like a HEAVEN, it isn't grainy AT ALL! The best part is you can mix it with just water and it tastes great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for either a protein drink as a snack or as a meal replacement.
